The joint Cochrane Ireland and Cochrane UK Symposium 2020 was due to take place in Dublin on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd April 2020. Unfortunately the event was cancelled, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The symposium is an annual event for all our networks, including UK- & Ireland-based Cochrane Contributors, researchers, health professionals, students, charities, patient advocates, and other interested groups.

The event was due to take place at The Gibson Hotel, Point Square, North Dock, Dublin.

Monday 20th April: a free training day in Dublin for Information Specialists, Managing Editors and their Assistants

On Monday 20th April 2020, the day before the symposium begins, Cochrane UK were planning to host a free training day in Dublin for Information Specialists and Assistant Information Specialists and a free training day for Managing Editors and Assistant Managing Editors. Unfortunately, this event was also cancelled.
