Cochrane UK and Cochrane Ireland are hosting a free online workshop for nurses, midwives and allied health professionals based in the UK and Ireland.
** This workshop is now full. You can still register if you wish to join a waiting list **
Come and join us on Monday 24th October from 13:00 to 15:00, for a practical session where you will learn more about systematic reviews and improve your understanding of evidence-based practice.
To maximise the session, this document provides a brief background on how to navigate a Cochrane systematic review, and about the tools that can be used to ‘appraise’ systematic reviews. During the workshop, we will provide more hands-on and practical information based on a Cochrane systematic review that may be relevant to your clinical practice.
Facilitators:
- Rebecca Gould, Cochrane UK Fellow
- James Garrard, Cochrane UK Fellow
- Anne Matthews, Full Professor of Nursing, Dublin City University
- Sinéad Hynes, Lecturer in Occupational Therapy, National University of Ireland, Galway
