Registration Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, please email the Virtually Cochrane Delegate Services Team at email@example.com
- If cancelled before 11/04/2021 – 100% of the registration fee is refundable.
- If cancelled from 12/04/2021 to 16/04/2021 – 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
- No refunds are payable from 17/04/2021 onwards.
Please note that bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds. All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
Changes, substitutions of registration
Substitutions can be made prior to the event for free, but please note that substitutions are not possible within 24 hours of the event.
Notification of changes must be made in writing and sent to the Virtually Cochrane Delegate Services Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation of the conference
In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred.
